Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Riesling opens with a faint fresh wet stone like bouquet with a hint of honey. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, viscous, creamy, and nicely sweet. The flavor was a mild lemon with a touch a apricot and pineapple. There was a drop of honey mixed in as well. The wine was very refreshing and enjoyable. This Spatlese is very food friendly and would be a wonderful choice with roasted pork with an apple compote or turkey. Enjoy - Ken
