Wine Review: This white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc from Dutton Estate opens with a yellow grapefruit and kiwi bouquet with hints of ginger, herbal tea, and peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, bright and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a green tea and grapefruit blend with notes of white peach and ginger. We also detected hints of pineapple and pesto. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with lemon garlic chicken. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of pineapple and meadow grass prevail on the nose followed by hints of fresh guava. The mouthfeel is crisp, focused, and lengthy on the palate.
