Wine Review: This dark pink colored wine from Dutton-Goldfield opens with a mild black cherry and red raspberry bouquet with hints of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, and zesty. The flavor profile is a maraschino cherry, lime. and saline blend with notes of white pepper and stony minerality. I also detected hints of green tea, dried herbs, and a touch of mandarin orange. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would serve this Rosé slightly chilled with shrimp cocktail on ice. Enjoy - Ken
