Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Pinot Gris from Oregon opens with a quince, lime zest and light grapefruit bouquet with hints of crushed seashell. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, fresh, and zesty. The flavor profile is a green apple and white pepper blend with notes of quince and tonic water. I also detected hints of light ripe yellow grapefruit, stony minerality and green tea. The finish is a touch off-dry and its flavors and acidity are nicely extended. I would pair this very good Pinot Gris with baked walleye. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Nectarine, ginger and citrus peel aromatics lead to a synchronous palate that's rounded and full with fresh flavors of sliced peach complemented by a savory note of cantaloupe and prosciutto.
