Wine Review: This light yellow colored wine from Portugal opens with a pleasant green pear and mineral like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green pear with a touch of lime. The finish is dry, tingly, and refreshing. Serve this wine cool, not cold with garlic chicken. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Cristal clear, straw colour. Fruity aroma, suble notes of oak, tangerine, grapefruit and peach. Intense, complex, elegant, well balanced, with a good persistence. Serve with fried cod to white meat, as well as the elegance of classic duck a l'orange.

Organic status: not organic
