Wine Review: This deep white gold tinged with orange colored Pinot Gris open a clover honey and Bosc pear bouquet with hints of pine needles, white flowers, and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel full bodied, super smooth and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a quince and flinty minerality blend with notes of chamomile tea and Bosc pear. I also detected hints of lightly toasted bread, kitchen spices and cilantro. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger and drift away nicely. This Pinot Gris will pair well with Spanish and Mexican dishes. I would pair it with a seafood and chicken paella or with sizzling chicken fajitas. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A classic take on Pinot Gris, this refreshing sipper offers lovely white floral aromatics delicately interwoven with subtle tropical notes. Guava, kiwi, white peach, and lychee jump from the glass, while fresh Meyer lemon and citrus blossom come through on the palate, supported by a flinty minerality. Delicate, creamy, and round with a lean line of acidity and rich mouthfeel. Finishes long and dry.
