Wine Review: This almost clear colored Vinho Verde is a very good value. It opens with lots on tiny bubbles that initially foam up and eventually dissipate. The bouquet features faint green melon, ginger and green apple aromas. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic, frothy and refreshing. The flavor profile is a mineral and saline blend with notes of lime. I also detected hints of yellow grapefruit and white pepper in the background. The finish is dry, crisp and refreshing. This wine would be perfect served slightly chilled on the beach on a hot summer day. Serve it with grilled scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A bright greenish hue. Has a beautiful bouquet aroma of ripe pear, apple, and ocean freshness. Features a touch of honey ripeness while showing fresh herbal notes on the finish.
