Wine Review: This enjoyable dark ruby red blend opens with an inviting earthy plum bouquet that includes blackberry and cedar. I also detected some black pepper and hints of black tea. It is smooth, juicy and medium bodied on the palate. It features ripe black cherry, blackberry and light black pepper flavors. The finish is pleasant with dry balanced tannins and a touch of mocha that fades away nicely. I would pair this food friendly northern California red blend with Spaghetti Con Gamberi. – Joe

Winemaker Notes: One might say our "Honest Red Blend" has a rich, round mouth feel with lush black currant flavor and the subtlest hint of North Coast, California spice – we’d just say it tastes damn good. As long as we’re being honest.
