Wine Review: This pale straw colored sparkler opens with a wet slate bouquet with hints of pear and hazelnut coffee. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, clean, but displays a distracting amount of bubbles. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with hints of hazelnut. The finish is dry and dissipates quickly. The panel suggested pairing this sparkler with escargot. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Ripe stone fruit medley and citrus intermingle with toast, butter and yeasty aromas on the nose of this well-developed yet vibrantly fresh sparkling wine.
