Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sparkling Wine from Gloria Ferrer displays lots of random small streaming bubbles. It opens with a moist bread dough and light lemon bouquet with hints of crushed seashell, pear and apple. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, fresh, and bright. The flavor profile is mild pear and chalky minerality blend with notes of lemon and almond. We also detected hints of saline, apple, and green grape. The finish is dry and rather refreshing, The Tasting Panel would pair Sparkling Wine with steamed clams, king crab legs, or its own. Enjoy – KWGTP
