Wine Review: This light straw colored sparkling wine opens with lots of small streaming bubbles. On the nose, it features a bread dough bouquet with hints of lemon zest and golden delicious apple. It is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. On the palate, it is off-dry and creamy. The flavor profile is a caramel apple, Meyer lemon and King's Hawaiian rolls blend with notes of some gentle minerality, salinity and green apple on the finish. This good value sparkler would be a hit at holiday parties and would pair well with oysters or foie gras! Enjoy - Karen & Stuart
