On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and slightly creamy with lots of bubbles. The flavor profile is a mild raspberry with notes of black tea and minerality throughout. The finish is dry, rather tingly, and its minerality lingers for quite sometime. This sparkler would be a nice opening option to serve with smoked salmon or bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken Winemaker Notes: A brilliant salmon pink color with an effusive pinpoint mousse, the rose exudes aromas of fresh, ripe strawberries, rose petals and citrus blossoms along with white peach and bread dough nuances.
