Wine Review: This pale coral colored sparkling wine with very nice small streaming bubbles opens with a mild wet stone and faint tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, pleasantly acidic and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a mild bread dough and strawberry blend with notes of lime and tangerine mixed in with a hint of Maraschino cherry at the end. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This sparkler is very food friendly and would pair perfectly with poached salmon. Enjoy - Ken

Made from our very best blocks of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, our vibrant and alluring Goldeneye Brut Rose captures the rich diversity of our estate program, offering vivid layers of blood orange, honeydew and hazelnut flavors.
