Wine Review: This gold colored Ice Wine was recently recommended by the tasting panel. It opens with a heavenly peach and fig like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, silky, and well balanced. The flavor profile is a delicious concentrated ripe apricot flavor that explodes in the mouth. There are also notes of honey and fig as well. It is classic Vidal Ice wine, which leans toward the very sweet side. The finish is refreshing and lingering. The panel felt this would be perfect on its own for dessert. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The finest and highest Brix Vidal grapes were selected for this vintage which displays ripe peaches and apricots on the nose with overtones of marmalade and candied brown sugar. With intense fruit flavours on the palate, the wine's ample natural acidity is softened with a creamy vanilla note afforded by oak aging. Perfect on its own as a dessert, or an excellent match to fresh fruit, or fine blue veined and cream based cheese.
