Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a mild Bartlett pear bouquet with notes of wet stone and a hint of pineapple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and crisp. The flavor profile is a tangy green apple with nicely integrated minerality. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. This is a very nice summer pool wine or one to consider a clam bake with steamers. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Highly attractive thanks to its unique blend of aromas combining tropical fruit with citrus and vegetal notes. A Sauvignon Blanc that shows bright yellow-green. Delicious varietal aromas, in a frank, very complex nose — pineapples, passion fruit, grapefruit and boxwood— reinforced by a tremendously creamy mouth. Tank ageing over fine lees for 4 months heightens the sensations of creaminess and smoothness in the mouth.
