Wine Review: This pale coral colored Rose from J. Dusi opens with a faint red cherry and nectarine bouquet with hints of cantaloupe, minerality, and orange peel. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and clean. The flavor profile is stony minerality, green tea and nectarine pit blend with notes of walnuts and nutmeg. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Tasting Panel would serve this Rose slightly chilled with linguini with white clam sauce, grilled bratwurst or with asparagus risotto. Enjoy – KWGTP
