Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sparkler has lots of small bubbles. It opens with an apple and light lemon custard bouquet with a hint of bread dough. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple and Anjou pear blend with hints of Brazil nuts in the background. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Sparkler is very good and would pair perfectly with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our J Cuvee 20 Brut gracefully opens up with the crisp, clean allure of toasted almonds and Meyer lemon aromas. Upon entry, you notice a delicate tickle of fresh mousse on the nose and palate. Bright acidity adds to the liveliness, while flavors of lemon and lime zest lead to an Asian pear finish.
