Wine Review: This gold colored Ice Wine opens with a blast of apricot and honey. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and concentrated. The flavor profile is a very ripe apricot with notes of sweet honey and spice. The finish is sweet and refreshing. One panelist summed up this wine as a terrific dessert wine to have as dessert.
