On the palate, this sparkler is light bodied and easy going. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with hints of lime and Anjou pear. The finish is pleasant and subtle. This is a nice entry level sparkler to enjoy with stuffed mushrooms. Enjoy – Ken Winemaker Notes: This fine Spanish sparkling wine is made using the Traditional Method, in which the secondary ferementation of producing a sparkling wines bubbles occurs in the bottle. Its displays a toasty nose with beautiful citrus, green apple, and mineral flavors. Its lively mouthfeel and crisp finish make it the ultimate celebratory wine.
