Wine Review: A very tasty and interesting Riesling from the Clare Valley. In the glass it is almost clear white gold, with aromas of honeydew, white peach, tennis ball, wet river stone, lime peel and white florals. On the palate, dry, fresh, lively and layered. It has medium-plus acidity, medium-minus body, and a nice round mouthfeel. Flavors of granny smith apple skin, white peach, zesty lime and chalky minerality. Long, tingly tart finish. Pair with Thai spring rolls or fried shrimp. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of fresh white peach, lime juice, and white florals with wet slate and minerally notes. A powerful Riesling with upfront lime leaf, followed by lime juice, white stone fruit and wet slate, all finishing with mouthwatering acidity. A wine built for the ages.
