Wine Review: This very dark purple and slightly opaque Cabernet opens with a fragrant black raspberry bouquet with a hint of blackberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a very juicy black raspberry with notes of oak and blackberry. The finish is dry and its mild tannins linger for a little bit. This Cab will appeal to Zin fans as in fruit flavors are noticeable throughout. I would pair this wine with barbecue spare ribs.
