Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Riesling from Alsace opens with a lime zest and faint grapefruit bouquet with hints of green tea and carnation. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated acidity. The mouthfeel is well-balanced, round and very refined. The flavor profile is a pineapple and honeydew melon blend with notes of green tea, lime, and ginger. We also picked up some hints of saline and marzipan. The finish is dry and very nicely extended. The Tasting Panel would pair this very food friendly Riesling with broiled halibut, Bob's Turkey Farm turkey, or with pan-seared foie gras. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Pale yellow wine with gold reflets, the nose expresses typical Schlossberg's aromas as hot stones. The stone fruit fragrance as apricot and peach mingled with freshly cut grass. Clean, the mouth is fresh and thin. A pleasant and full-bodied wine from terroir Schlossberg.
