Wine Review: This pale straw colored Champagne with small streaming bubbles opens up with a floral bouquet with hints of Meyer lemon, lime and macadamia nuts. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, bright and alive. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with notes of bread, mild grapefruit and a hint of golden delicious apple. It closes with a very nice extended dry finish. The Panel suggested pairing this Champagne with crispy bacon wrapped scallops or sushi. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Laurent-Perrier's style and personality are defined by its very high proportion of Chardonnay. Purity, freshness and elegance – essential characteristics, expressed in this Champagne – are a good introduction to the spirit of the House. Pale gold in colour. Fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse. A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine's complexity is expressed in successive notes like vine peach and white fruits notes.
