Wine Review: This pinkish copper colored Rose opens with a mild strawberry and watermelon like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused gentle strawberry with hints of watermelon with a touch of red cherry & tangerine. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Rose would be a perfect wine for a hot summer day. I would serve it with a grilled mahi mahi sandwich. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2015 Rose is a blend of 42% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Franc, 11% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier & 10% Chardonnay. Aromas of raspberries, strawberries and white peach on the nose with watermelon and cranberry flavors on the palate. Fresh and perfect for light summer fare.
