Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Champagne opens with a mild green melon and lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused tart green apple and walnut. The finish is dry, tingly, and lingers a while. The panel suggested pairing this Champagne with steamed mussels. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Subtle glints of lime-blossom green, with delicate, abundant bubbles. The wine offers aromas of white flowers, such as hawthorn and acacia, as well as more subtle scents of citrus fruits, pears and even lime blossom. Very generous on the palate. Lively, fresh and powerful on the attack. Best Served at 10 - 12 °C.
