Wine Review: This is a very good and approachable, weeknight bottle of Malbec to have on hand. In the glass, it is a deep garnet color, with aromas of ripe cherries, black plum, tobacco leaf and violets. On the palate, it is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is very smooth, balanced, bright and fresh with some complexity. There are flavors of ripe blackberry, black tea, black pepper, black plum, oak, and a bit of mocha. It closes with fine-grained tannins that are dry and long. Serve with a grilled flank steak with a chimichurri sauce. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Intense red color with purplish hues. In the nose, it is an expressive wine with ripe black fruits, violets, spices and tobacco. In the mouth, it is wide and fleshy with a lingering finish.
