Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Malbec from Norton opens with an earthy black plum, leather, and oak bouquet. The full body is smooth, juicy, and bold with some balanced acidity. The flavor profile is a black cherry, black plum, and blackberry blend with notes of herbs, spice, black pepper, and oak. The finish is dry, and its pleasant tannins linger nicely. I would recommend pairing this Malbec from Argentina with marinated steak tips. - Joe

Winemaker Notes: Deep red and violet color. On the nose the most evident aromas are the plums and figs which deliver a sensation of sweetness. Elegant on the palate, good body, round and consistent. Pairs well with red meats, Italian flavored pasta, and grilled vegetables.
