Wine Review: This dark red colored Zinfandel opens with a cherry and strawberry bouquet with subtle hints of menthol and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and has a nice mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a gentle plum and cinnamon blend with notes of strawberry and some hints of vanilla and cherry. While not complex, the Panel thought this offering was tasty. The finish is dry with light tannins and a little heat, but that didn’t get in the way. The Panel suggested pairing this Zin with a Cuban sandwich. Enjoy - KWGTP
