Wine Review: This almost clear colored wine from Sancerre opens with an attractive mild grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a tart green apple and ripe pink grapefruit blend with a hint of white pepper. The finish is quite dry and refreshing. The panel suggested pairing this wine with broiled scallops wrapped in bacon or with baked brie and crackers. Enjoy - KWGTP
