On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and savory. There is a blueberry cream flavor profile with a hint of raspberry and oak. The finish is dry and its mild dusty tannins show some nice length. The panel suggested that this wine would pair well with barbecue steak tips or smoked brisket.
