Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Malbec opens with an oak infused black currant bouquet with hints of cherry and tobacco. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and savory. There is a blueberry cream flavor profile with a hint of raspberry and oak. The finish is dry and its mild dusty tannins show some nice length. The panel suggested that this wine would pair well with barbecue steak tips or smoked brisket. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This wine is an example of an exceptional Malbec with maximum aging potential. It possesses a dark purple color. Aromas and flavors of cherries, cranberries, chocolate, a light toast of vanilla, and floral notes. It has nice mild tannins and a long lingering finish.
