Wine Review: This pitch black colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Pina is a bit of a fruit bomb. It opens with a blackberry and cola bouquet with a hint of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is mineral infused blackberry with notes of dark chocolate and oak. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins stick around for a while. This Cab would pair well with duck confit. Enjoy - Ken
