Wine Review: This light straw-colored Chenin Blanc and Viognier blend opens with a white peach and lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel balanced, round, bright and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a chalky minerality and green apple blend with notes of white peach, banana, and lime. I also detected some hints of saline and a touch of ginger. The finish is slightly off dry and its flavors linger and last for a while. This is a versatile and friendly white wine.
