Wine Review: This clean and crisp California sparkler is golden yellow with plenty of medium bubbles in the glass. Inviting bouquet of brioche, green apple, and wet granite. There is nice frothy mousse on the palate, which is medium-minus bodied, dry, smooth, and racy, with plus acidity. There are flavors of green apple, crushed stone, mild peach, and a hint of lemon-lime. The finish is refreshing and long. Pair this versatile sparkler with a crunchy buttermilk fried chicken. - Mark
