Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a perfumed floral and yellow grapefruit bouquet with hints of green pepper and sea breeze. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with well-integrated acidity. The mouthfeel is very well-balanced, seamless, and delicate. The flavor profile is a delicious blend of gentle grapefruit and fine minerality with notes of lime and white peach. We also detected hints of ginger and green tea. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with baked halibut or Dover sole. Enjoy – KWGTP
