Wine Review: This straw-colored Dry Riesling opens green apple and lime bouquet with hints of thyme. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel balanced, lively and bright. The flavor profile is a tart green apple and lime with notes of saline and chalky minerality. Hint of ginger. The finish is dry and refreshing. Pair this Riesling with raw bar. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Bright flavors of lime, peach, flint, fennel, and charred pineapple. A beautiful and succulent, dry Riesling, that shows terrific balance and tension from the integrated acidity. The layers of flavor and staying power may be attributed to the now 15–20-year-old vines and the ability of Ravines to have now worked with both of these sites for our flagship Riesling in every vintage going back to 2012.
