On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild oak infused red currant with hints of black raspberry and a dash of black pepper. The finish is dry and subtle. This wine is food friendly and would pair perfectly with baked lasagna. Enjoy - Ken Winemaker Notes: Spicy and wild, this wine will have you howling at the harvest moon in no time. Your primitive hunter instincts will be tickled awake by the whiff of crushed stones, red berries, roses, and something deliciously gamey.
