Wine Review: This light coral colored Sparkling Wine opens with streaming bubbles and a mild strawberry and bread dough bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused tangerine with notes of strawberry and lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Sparkler was well received by our mini-tasting group and would pair well with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The Roederer Estate Brut Rose is full and round with smooth flavors and fine persistent bubbles. The extra measure of Chardonnay contributes elegance and austerity, which balance nicely with the delicate fruitiness of the Pinot Noir.
