Wine Review: This pale yellow sparkler with tiny bubbles opens with a very inviting dough and light lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced between its crispy acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is an elegant mild light key lime and granny smith apple blend. The finish lingers pleasantly. The panel suggested pairing this sparkler with bacon wrapped scallops and Caesar salad. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The Roederer Estate Brut is crisp and elegant with complex pear, spice and hazelnut flavors. It is fresh and lightly fruity with great finesse and depth of flavor.
