Wine Review: This straw colored Kabinett level Riesling from the Mosel opens with a mild and gentle wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly sweet and rather acidic. The flavor profile is a tangy lime with notes of tangerine. The finish is semi-dry and it lingers for quite a while. The panel suggested pairing this wine with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Bright gold colored with fresh and pleasantly fruity aroma's. Flavors of lemon and peach against a mineral backdrop. Well-matched with salads, seafood and light veal dishes.
