Wine Review: This golden yellow colored Sparkling Wine with tiny bubbles opens with a green tea and lemon bouquet with hints of honey. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, acidic, frothy and juicy. The flavor profile is a toasted almond and green apple blend with hints of candied lemon and earthy herbs. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel suggested pairing it with bruschetta or baked Dover sole. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Fresh aromas of sweet red apple, pineapple and citrus blossom, are complemented by nuances of warm caramel and fresh sourdough. The palate is crisp and lively, with exotic flavors of guava and papaya, followed by Mandarin orange and Meyer lemon. The wine finishes with a tangy acidity that lingers in the mouth.
