Wine Review: This ruby colored Zinfandel opens with a mild blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and fruity. The flavor profile is black raspberry with notes of plum and gentle old oak. We also detected a touch of black pepper. The finish is dry and its moderate sticky tannins linger for some time. We would pair this wine with slow cooked beef brisket. Enjoy – Ken
