Wine Review: This opaque and very dark ruby colored Petite Sirah opens with a leather and black plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a gentle black currant with hints of oak, minerality and dark chocolate. The finish is dry and its moderate sticky tannins last for quite some time. The panel suggested that this would be a very nice weekday wine that would pair well juicy burger topped with Swiss, sauteed mushrooms and barbecue sauce or a grilled sweet sausage sandwich. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Color: Deep purple Aroma: Creamy vanilla oak, blueberry, Blackberry Flavor: Blueberry pie, Fresh Blackberry's, Dark Chocolate Texture: Rich, well balanced, bold lingering finish
