Wine Review: This bright yellow colored wine opens with a very attractive orange marmalade bouquet with a hint of lychee and banana. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied and creamy, yet shows some lively acidity. The flavor profile is different. It displays green pear and fig flavors with a hint of white pepper, light oak, and chamomile tea. The finish is dry and its green pear flavors linger a bit. Pair this wine with roasted garlic chicken. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: An unrivaled Rockstar in the white wine world. 100% Roussanne picked when golden-brown in late November. Fermented in 100% New French 500L Puncheons and aged in New Oak for 15 months. White flower, tropical fruit, pear, honeysuckle and a sensuously thick texture.
Organic status: not organic
