Wine Review: This pale yellow colored dry Riesling from the Finger Lakes was well received by our tasting group. It opens with a fragrant and appealing peach bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and has a gentle mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a mild blend of apricot and tangerine. The finish is off dry and pleasant. This wine is very easy to drink and would pair well with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of apples and pears mingle with stone fruit flavors leading to a crisp slightly dry finish.
