Wine Review: This very pale copper colored Rosé from the Tablas Creek opens with a faint dried coconut and red raspberry bouquet with hints of white tea, strawberry, and orange blossom. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, juicy, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty watermelon and saline blend with notes of white tea, red raspberry, and white pepper. We also detected a hint of strawberry. The finish is dry, and its flavors are nicely prolonged. The Tasting Panel would pair this quaffer Rosé with the beach and friends. With food we would pair it with prosciutto wrapped melon. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A pretty light peach color. On the nose, bright aromatics of mandarin orange, cherry blossom, wild strawberry, and chalky minerals. The mouth is bursting with yellow plum and nectarine, salty minerality, bright acids, and a lingering finish with notes of sea spray and citrus pith. Drink over the next year or two. Pair with fried chicken or Mediterranean tapas.
