Wine Review: This midnight purple colored wine from Paso Robles opens with a fragrant black plum and blackberry bouquet with hints of cola and nutmeg. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium integrated acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth and seamless. The flavor profile is a black plum and blackberry blend with notes of black tea and mild stony minerality. We also picked up a hint of cocoa. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins build-up and stick around for quite a while. We would pair this very good value wine with your favorite gourmet burger recipe. Enjoy - KWGTP
