Wine Review: This clear deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Taub Family opens with a mild boyseberry bouquet with hints of tomato leaf and green olive. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrate medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is well-balanced, super smooth and polished. The flavor profile is a tasty mild black currant, blueberry and chalky minerality blend with notes of sage and green tea. We also detected a hint of dried strawberry and cedar. The finish is dry and its flavors and polished dusty tannins build-up nicely before drifting away. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with braised short ribs or a grilled ribeye steak.
