Wine Review: This clear straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with white peach bouquet with hints of faint lemon verbena, florals, and wet river stone. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is clean and bright. The flavor profile is a zesty lime and stony minerality blend with notes of white peach and white tea. We also detected some hints of ginger and papaya. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with a beach and grilled oysters. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Few Sauvignon Blanc wines this youthful can also boast this level of complexity. The nose is deliciously exotic, with lemon, melon and white peach soaring out of the glass. The wine’s laser beam of acidity refreshes and cleanses the palate, while its decadent texture demands another mouthwatering sip. Perfect for those warm nights on the patio.
