Wine Review: This impressive scarlet colored Pinot Noir is an absolute steal at $30. It opens with gentle plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced and smooth as silk. The flavor profile is a delicious gentle plum with hints a spice and blueberry. The finish is dry and very refined. The elegant Pinot calls for a second glass and would be perfect with filet mignon with sautéed wild mushrooms. Order this Pinot soon, they did not make much of this gem. Enjoy - Ken
