Wine Review: This bright yellow colored Gewurztraminer is very good. It opens with a mild petrol and faint lychee bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very refined. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle lychee with hints of lime, ginger and cantaloupe. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Gewurz would pair well with broiled scallops with a traditional French scallops l'orange. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Trimbach Gewurztraminer is a bright pale gold color. Aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, lychee and rose petals. The taste is rich, intense, luscious and well balanced with a dry, spicy finish.
